Ordering & Payment
How do I place an order?
You can easily place an order by adding products to your shopping cart and proceeding to checkout. Enter your details, choose a payment method, and complete your purchase.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept the most common payment methods, including iDEAL, credit card, PayPal, and Bancontact. All available options will be displayed during checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Once an order has been placed, we aim to process it as quickly as possible. If you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to see what is possible.
Shipping & Returns
What conditions must items meet to be returned?
Items purchased from Primaire Clothing must be returned in perfect, unused condition. Products must be free from damage, stains, or odors and must be suitable for resale as new. All items must be returned in their original packaging, including tags and any accessories included with the product.
What is the return and exchange period?
- Exchange period: 30 days from the date the customer receives the product
- Return period: 15 days from the date the customer receives the order
Orders placed through our website can be returned online or in-store. Purchases made in physical stores can only be returned at the store where they were purchased.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a track & trace code. This allows you to follow the status of your package via the carrier’s website.
